Let’s work together to make New Trier Township green, by recycling unwanted paper at our free shredding event. In order to serve many, township residents can recycle up to (2) small cartons (16.25" x 12.5" x 10.5") or two, medium (8 gallon) trash bags per vehicle. Please remove binders, rubber bands, plastic page protectors, plastic bags, plastic file tabs, CDs and other hard items. Staff and volunteers will wear masks and remove paper from the trunk or hatchback of your vehicle. A professional shredding company will be on-site to shred documents immediately.
