We all need a place to re-center. It works even better when we do it with the one who is our center.
The “source and summit” of our Catholic faith is the Eucharist that we share as a worshipping community on Sundays. However, we also know that what we do on Sundays is the beginning of our faith, not the end, and our community has lots of ways to meet some of the other spiritual needs we have. One way to grow your relationship with God is through adoration. Adoration, put simply, is a chance to be close to Christ. We prayerfully display Christ in the form of the body of Christ so that we can see and worship. What you do from that point is totally up to you. Some people use adoration to focus their internal prayer. Some use the time to do spiritual reading in the presence of Christ. Some pray the Rosary. Some just need a place in their life for silence, to pray, to think, to be with Christ, whatever. What you do with the time is totally up to you (and Christ!). Come as you are. Adoration Schedule
