In confirmation, a person is sealed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit for a lifetime of missionary discipleship. Our two years of formation help prepare them for the leap.
Preparation for confirmation begins two years before the actual confirmation. Part of the preparation is academic: we take a deep dive into our faith and the nature of the sacrament. We also place a special focus on Catholic social teaching as a way of helping our students prepare for a life of living their discipleship and serving others. The preparation goes beyond the academic. The Holy Spirit sends us on mission, and we ask our students to start living that mission through 24 hours of service both inside and outside our parish.
