 Dear Friends,
In response to the increased numbers of breakthrough Covid cases, we will add a car Mass to the January schedule. It’s especially important to keep the vulnerable parishioners of Saints JFX safe and encourage regular reception of the Eucharist. The new time for our temporary reinstatement of the car Mass will be at 9:00 am in the Saint Joseph School parking lot. While the car Mass is in operation, we will discontinue the drive-through distribution of Communion after the 10:30 am Mass. I am grateful to the staff and volunteers for their willingness to go the extra mile. We will need volunteers to make this happen. It is an extra Mass, so we need lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, and help with parking logistics. Please contact Anne Hrabe if you are willing and able to help. The plan is to continue this Mass for the month of January. Hopefully, by then, the latest strain of the virus will be behind us, and we can all be safely back in church, worshipping our Lord and receiving the Eucharist as a community of faith. Peace, Rev.
